The Rose of Sharon I saw on the fence line in a neighbor's yard, and also in our daughter's yard. The hydrangea I remember years ago in Mamaw's (Pop's Mom) front yard, next to the front porch steps. We see the hydrangea today as a very popular flower about places where people stay as they are traveling. So, inspiration stirred up a painting for these two flowers together.
